These videos are really animated storybooks for children, based on but not necessarily true to, the original Lewis Carroll stories. Whilst they make no pretence as to "classic" status, their uncluttered treatments and simplified dialogue make them an ideal introduction to Alice's wonderland for very young children. They are re-released from time-to-time on budget labels and when it's known they are available for sale, this is so indicated.

This Betty Boop collection features "Betty in Blunderland", a bizarre little "Alice" parody in which Betty follows a white rabbit through a mirror into her own version of Wonderland. Made in 1934, it lasts seven minutes. The Betty Boop classic cartoons were directed by Dave Fleischer and produced by his brother, Max. The voice of Betty was provided by Mae Questel who also played Olive Oyle in the Popeye cartoons.

Trivia note: the Fleischer production company created the "Walrus and the Carpenter" segment in the 1933 "Alice" film from Paramount.
MIYUKI-CHAN IN WONDERLAND
This animated two-parter isn't really ALICE IN WONDERLAND, more a very twisted version of the famous tale. Not recommended for children, the film is over spiced with sexual innuendo and related comedy.
In the first half, Miyuki wakes up from a bad dream to find herself late in getting ready for school. With a dash out the door, she runs down the street and ends up falling down a dark hole with a girl on a skateboard dressed in a sexy bunny outfit. After finally gaining entrance to a strange world through a well-endowed door, she has encounters with the Mad Hatter, the Cheshire Cat, and an S&M version of the Queen of Hearts.
The film is incoherent and exploitive and perhaps a better title would have been "Miyuki-chan being seduced by women who just happen to play the parts of ALICE IN WONDERLAND characters". I only have it here because so many people have told me that I missed it out of the film list previously. Which I did ... deliberately.
