 In this rare photo we see Charlotte Henry sharing a radio spot with someone who had been one of her close rivals for the part of "Alice" - Ida Lupino, a young British actress who had been brought over  to Hollywood specially for the audition.
To the right, Charlotte poses with Alison Skipworth who had to perform her role in the film under this monsterous Duchess mask. Skipworth apparently fainted with exhaustion during filming but insisted she carry on filming and completed her part.
